ACCOUNT · DELETION

Account deletion starts with you.

After signing in to Marrel, submit a deletion request from My. You do not need to publish identity data or send documents to an unfamiliar email address.

01

Request it in the product

Open Marrel, sign in, go to Account & Security under My, then choose Delete account. The product shows the effects before submission. Make sure you are using your own account.

02

Complete the security check

Re-enter your registered email and password to confirm it is you. If an order, pawn, auction or other financial duty remains unsettled, the request first enters settlement or manual review so assets and records are not handled incorrectly.

03

What is removed

When deletion is completed, sign-in credentials and sessions are revoked. Erasable profile data, private drafts and unnecessary media are removed, and the account can no longer be used.

04

What must remain

An anonymous tombstone that cannot directly reveal your identity remains to enforce one person, one ID. Mutually confirmed relationships, gifts, payments, disputes, safety and audit records, and commitments already written to a public chain are not deleted, but display may be restricted under the privacy rules.

05

If you cannot sign in

Open the Support page in this Trust Center, choose Account deletion in the public form that requires no sign-in, and provide a reachable email plus the minimum necessary details. Never send an email verification code, password, device unlock code, wallet seed phrase, private key or full identity document.
